I have my own theories of what is causing the ringing. When I listen to the ringing I noticed that it changes frequency and it’s not a constant noise. The more you listen to it the more it sounds like almost like electricity. What I notice when I meditate and focus on the noise sometimes I feel my lower back pain start where I have an injured disc.
Is it possible when I’m hearing arm my nerves screaming? Is it possible that the irritation of my spinal nerve by my back injury is causing this noise?
Am I hearing my injury?
I personally think this is a possible cause of my ringing in my ears. However when I stretch my back does not seem to affect the ringing in my ears. I wonder if the noise I hear is from a scarred nerve from constant irritation of my slipped disc.
Again I am not sure if this is true. I do know as I sent before that when I meditate on the ringing noise I feel the area where I have a slipped disc which tells me somehow they’re connected and somehow are related.
