My tinnitus treatment regiment begins

I have begun my new tinnitus treatment regiment. My intent is to take supplements that may help my nervous system.

The vitamin D is a supplement I take for my low vitamin D levels but since I am taking it I am including it.

I also am trying to reduce my carbohydrate specifically sugar intake. I am not avoiding all carbs but basically am trying to minimize things like eating cookies, cakes at parties, drinking soda, using ketchup and anything simple like that. I am doing this not for the tinnitus but it may help.

Here is a picture of what I am taking. I have bought these vitamins through Amazon and Swanson Vitamins.

Here are the supplements I take which are available from Swanson Vitamins and Amazon.com (images link to Amazon.com). The fish oil supplement I take is purchased locally but next time I will probably buy it from Swanson Vitamins or Amazon.com. However, you should check with you health care physician about supplements.

Posture and tinnitus

I read an excellent book about posture, inhibition and how to move better. The book is about the Alexander Technique which is very interesting and used in acting as well. This book is available at Amazon and perhaps your library.

Tinnitus treatment regiment

I have started a consistent supplement regime focused mainly around my nervous system health. I have ordered additional supplements which have not arrived yet. This is what I have begun to take daily consistently

  • Taurine 4 g.  3 g am. 1 g evening
  • Acetyl L carnitine. 500 mg evening
  • Multivitamin mainly for B vitamins
  • EFAs from fish oil

Ordered and will begin

  • Alpha lipoic acid ALA
  • Tumeric with black pepper
  • Magnesium

I also take vitamin D and a probiotic for other reasons.

I also have begun to reduce my sugar and carbohydrate intake for overall health reasons.

My plan is to take this regime for 60 days.

I will cure myself.
