Sitting on train doing my tinnitus meditation. Heard conductor on speaker. I opened my eyes and realize my tinnitus was almost completely gone. I could not hear it. Looked around. Like wow. So this is what it is like. Someone looked at me as I must have had a strange expression on my face. Now. It is very low. My stop is next. I will cure myself.
