I just got my shipment of taurine today. So I am back taking 1 to 2 g per day. I ran out about a week ago and so I have not been taking it for short while. I have not been taking it for about a week since I ran out. It feels like my hearing is a little worse but the ringing is about the same.
I will update on if the taurine impacts my tinnitus over the next week. I am hopeful.
